3. Acceptance and fulfillment of the SPE Service and/or Purchase Order constitutes your acceptance of the Sony Pictures Entertainment Purchase Order Terms and Conditions posted under the Purchase Orders Section of this SPE Supplier Information site.
4. Supplier requires to fulfil the invoice guidance under the SPE Supplier Payment section. Non-compliance to any of the invoice requirements will cause the invoice to be returned back to the supplier to correct and resubmit the invoice, please go to Supplier Payment for details.
