Responsible Sourcing is committed to economic equity, conscious sourcing, and providing a seat at the table for underrepresented voices. Sony Pictures has maintained a supplier diversity program aimed at inclusive sourcing since 1997.
Sony launched the "Road to Zero" environmental plan in 2010, with the ultimate goal of aiming for a zero environmental footprint. In 2022, in response to the increasingly serious global climate change risks, Sony made the decision to bring forward the target year of achieving the climate change targets by 10 years from 2050. We are moving forward with initiatives aimed at achieving net-zero throughout the entire value chain by 2040.
